Mims is using the month of December to celebrate the amazing local businesses in the area. It has been SO hard to narrow down our list of amazing local businesses to just 25, so Mims has picked 25 at random from a Christmas hat!
On the 1st Day of Christmas, Mims Davies MP is thrilled to present - A Taste from Across Mid Sussex!
We are already planning A Taste from Across Mid Sussex again for 2024! If you are a local business please do get in touch to join us in 2024.
During Summer this year, Mims Davies MP hosted 'A Taste from Across Mid Sussex' in the Houses of Parliament where our amazing local food and drink businesses from across Sussex showcased their fantastic products.
MPs, Ministers, Peers and Parliamentary staff all had the opportunity to sample award winning cheeses, wines, beers and spirits alongside mouth-watering cakes, crisps and even Biltong.

I was delighted to have hosted 'A Taste from Across Mid Sussex' in Parliament to enable these fantastic local businesses to showcase their award winning products and to highlight the importance of shopping local.
A huge thanks to all involved, particularly all the businesses who attended for making the event so memorable.
I am also thrilled to announce I will be hosting A Taste from Across Mid Sussex again in early 2024! So if you are a local business wanting to be involved, or know of a local business that deserves recognition - please do not hesitate to contact me as I would love them to join my Parliamentary reception next year."
