On the 4th Day of Christmas, Mims Davies MP presents - High Weald Dairy
Mims Davies MP is thrilled to present the family-run business, High Weald Dairy, based in High Weald.
So far, this fantastic award-winning Dairy are making 15 different cheeses with the entire process for each one taking place on the farm from Brighton Ewe and Chilli Marble, to Duddleswell Organic and Sussex Blossom Organic which comes with edible flower petals. All of which can be bought here.
You can even book your very own tour here where they take you back stage to see the process of cheese making here in Sussex.
You can also buy their tasty cheeses from farm shops and farmers markets in Sussex and from larger shops and suppliers in Sussex, Kent, Surrey and further afield. They are also offering tiered cheeses for use as an alternative wedding or celebration cake and use our distribution network to support other Sussex producers, as well as special Christmas products including hampers full of goodies.
