Modality Mid Sussex is being assessed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as part of their ongoing commitment to ensuring high-quality patient care.
Assessment Start Date: 24th February, 2025
The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care services in England, and they will be evaluating various aspects of our care, including:
- Patient safety and safeguarding
- Access to appointments and services
- Quality of clinical care and treatment
- How well we listen and involve patients
- Staff professionalism and service standards
As part of the inspection process, the CQC welcomes feedback from patients who have used our services in the past 14 months.
