Mims Davies MP shares Asda Cashpot for Schools in East Grinstead, Uckfield and the villages
At Asda, they're working hard to support customers, colleagues and communities such as ours.
Last month Asda launched their Cashpot for Schools, to help address the funding gap in local schools. More than £2.8m has now been raised for primary schools across the country, including £2096.1 in East Grinstead and Uckfield.
Through this industry first campaign, up to £7.5m is available – which is being donated by Asda – with more than 22,000 state funded primary schools across the UK eligible.
Mims Davies MP said:
"Asda is supporting our local primary schools across the UK and in East Grinstead, Uckfield and the villages through Cashpot for Schools.
More than £2.8m has now been donated by the supermarket, with even more funding available.
I'm thrilled primary schools in our constituency have £2,096.1.
