Mims Davies MP speaks with A Level Politics Students at Worth School
Mims joined year 12 and 13 A Level Politics students before finishing her visit with a Q&A session.
This was a great opportunity for Mims to speak to students and hopefully budding MPs - discussing what is involved in her role as MP and Shadow Minister, how she divides her time locally in the constituency and time in Parliament on national issues and ask about some of the pertinent current political topics.
Mims also discussed the private school fee VAT which has been a huge topic lately and one Mims has been very vocal on in the news, in the chamber, and on her social media and website.
Worth School work extremely hard for students to provide an education with heart and soul. Equipping young people to see the value of things, to exercise good judgement and enjoy the fruits of imagination throughout their lives. Lived out at school, their values encourage pupils to be ambitious, to strive for academic success and to develop a love of learning.
Worth also encourage pupils to be self-aware, become more centred individuals, conscious both of their strengths and their weaknesses, and able to separate beauty, truth and goodness from noise and distraction.

It was a pleasure to join Worth School's A Level Politics students and answer all their brilliant questions.
Worth is a fantastic school with a great ethos and has some truly inquisitive and inspiring students.
Thank you very much for having me and making me feel so welcome.
I wish the students the very best of luck with their futures - and hopefully we'll see some of them in Parliament in the future!
