Mims Davies MP has been appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Minister for Safeguarding) at the Home Office.
Commenting, Mims said: "It's a huge honour to join the new Government under Liz Truss with the great team at the Home Office led by Suella Braverman. I'm pleased to be taking on the role of Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Minister for Safeguarding) after fantastic predecessors who undertook great work that I am looking forward to building on. I'll continue to be busy and active for my Mid Sussex constituents and much of my constituency work and previous Government experience will aid me in this role."
